Rezora provides subscription software and usage-based AI calling services. Because the Service is digital, provisioned immediately, and may begin incurring telephony and infrastructure costs as soon as an account is active, fees are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or where Rezora chooses to issue a billing adjustment in its discretion.
Subscription charges
Monthly subscription charges cover access to the Rezora platform, account provisioning, and the operational capacity reserved for your workspace. Once a billing period begins, subscription fees are not refunded on a prorated basis solely because an account is used less than expected, paused mid-cycle, or cancelled before the end of the active term.
Usage-based charges
Usage-based fees, including call-minute charges and similar telephony-related costs, are billed according to the activity processed through the Service. These charges are normally non-refundable once the usage has occurred because Rezora and its service providers incur those costs in real time.
When a billing adjustment may apply
If you believe a charge was created in error, contact us promptly with the account email, invoice date, and the reason you believe the charge is inaccurate. Rezora may review requests involving duplicate charges, obvious processing mistakes, or verified service failures and may issue a credit or refund when appropriate.
Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals in accordance with your subscription settings or any written commercial agreement with Rezora. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not retroactively refund already-billed subscription or usage charges unless required by law or explicitly approved by Rezora.
No physical returns or shipping
Rezora is a digital software service. We do not ship physical goods, and there is no physical return process associated with use of the platform.
