Effective Date: July 14, 2026
Rezora ("we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to improve your experience and analyze how our site is used. This policy explains what cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage them.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how users interact with the site, and measure the effectiveness of website features.
Cookies we use
Analytics cookies (PostHog)
We use PostHog to collect information about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time on site, and actions taken. This data helps us improve the website and our services. Our current implementation may use cookies together with browser storage such as localStorage so that pageview analytics and product improvement events can be associated with the same browser over time.
Attribution and campaign storage
Rezora stores the latest available attribution data, such as campaign parameters, Meta click identifiers, referring-page information, and landing path, in first-party cookies and browser storage. This lets us connect later form, booking, and checkout activity to the marketing source that drove the visit.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use Meta Pixel in the browser and Meta's Conversions API on our servers to measure page views and conversion events. Meta's _fbp cookie identifies a browser, while _fbc is created only when a genuine Meta click ID is available. Rezora also sets a host-only rezora_meta_external_id cookie containing an opaque random identifier. These first-party identifiers may remain for up to 90 days. Server events may include the browser identifiers, IP address, and user agent. When you provide contact information through a form, booking, or checkout, available email, phone, name, and location fields may be normalized and cryptographically hashed before being sent to Meta for matching and attribution.
Booking and scheduling tools
When the Cal.com booking experience is loaded, Cal.com may place cookies or use other browser storage to remember widget state, session context, and booking progress. That means some third-party storage may be created when you interact with demo-booking flows on the website.
Visitor identification and conversion measurement
Rezora also loads a Leadsy tag on the site. Tools of this kind are generally used to infer company-level visit activity, attribute engagement, and understand whether a visit appears to come from a business account. You can review the Leadsy privacy policy for more detail on that vendor's handling of data. We may also use lightweight conversion or engagement scripts when enabled to measure marketing performance.
Strictly necessary site functionality
Some browser storage may be used to preserve essential experience details such as navigation state, UI behavior, or configuration needed to render the site and its embedded tools correctly. These items are typically short-lived and support basic site operation rather than advertising.
How long cookies and similar storage remain
Some cookies and browser-storage values expire when you close your browser session, while others may remain for a longer period so analytics platforms can recognize returning browsers, measure traffic sources, or preserve booking flow context. Rezora's Meta browser, click, and opaque external-ID cookies use a retention period of up to 90 days. Other retention periods are controlled by the relevant tool provider and may change as those services evolve.
Managing cookies
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser settings to block or delete cookies if you prefer. You can also clear localStorage and session storage from your browser settings if you want to remove saved marketing or booking context from prior visits.
If you disable analytics, third-party storage, or embedded booking tools, parts of the website may not function as intended. In particular, demo-booking flows, attribution tracking, and certain analytics-driven improvements may be limited or unavailable.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
